Set default agent preferences per repository
Workspace settings now provide a compact control for each repository's engine, model, and reasoning-effort defaults.
Repository configuration now leads with the defaults most teams change, rather than making you start in the config-file detail. Saving or clearing the visible preferences keeps advanced overrides that the compact form does not expose.
