Support
Email contact@sinatra.dev for help with anything: setup, a task that went wrong, billing, the Slack app, the CLI, the MCP server or the API. You don't need a Sinatra account to write to us, and a person reads every message. We reply within 2 business days.
What to include
The more of this we have, the faster we can find the problem:
- Your workspace. Its name, and the email or GitHub account you sign in with.
- The task. A link to the Linear issue, GitHub issue, pull request or Slack thread, or the task ID (
sinatra taskslists recent tasks with their IDs). - What happened. What you expected, what you saw instead, and roughly when, with your timezone.
- Any error text. Copy the message Sinatra posted, or attach a screenshot.
Never send secrets. Don't paste API keys, tokens, passwords or .env contents into an email. We will never ask for them.
Look here first
- Troubleshooting: why the agent didn't pick up a ticket, no pull request appeared, a run stalled, or Slack, the CLI, the MCP server or the API isn't working.
- Slack setup: connecting Slack, linking teammates, starting and continuing a task in a thread, and disconnecting.
- Documentation: everything else, from the quickstart to configuration.
Your data
To ask what we hold about you, get a copy of it, or have it deleted, email contact@sinatra.dev. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, including from Slack, and how long we keep it.
Security
If you think you've found a vulnerability, email contact@sinatra.dev rather than filing a public issue. See Security for how Sinatra handles your code and credentials.
