Finished GitHub runs collapse their Agent Updates comment
When a run on a GitHub issue ends, its Agent Updates comment folds into an expandable section so the issue timeline stays readable.
The step-by-step narration used to stay fully expanded above everything that came after it. A follow-up now starts a fresh Agent Updates comment rather than appending to the finished one. If GitHub rejects the collapse, we retry it the next time the task picks up work, and that follow-up waits on it: if the retry fails again, the follow-up does not run.
One rough edge remains: a failure message is posted into the same comment, so it ends up inside the collapsed section. Expand it to see why a run stopped.
