Your credentials now shows the 5-hour and weekly usage windows for a personal Codex connection.
Those bars used to live on the old workspace-level ChatGPT connection. When connect moved to a per-member setting they did not come along, so a connected subscription looked like a binary on/off.
Refresh still talks to ChatGPT, so a flaky read degrades to a note instead of blocking the rest of settings. Banked-reset redemption stays on the platform account, not on yours.
