Workspace-wide ChatGPT subscription connections are retired
A ChatGPT subscription now connects per member only. Workspace-level connections left over from before personal connections were removed.
Settings had flagged these connections as deprecated since personal connections arrived on September 2, and this removed them outright. If your workspace still had one, tasks stopped using it, and each member who relied on it needs to connect their own subscription under Your credentials in Settings. A workspace-level connection no longer counts as model access during onboarding either.
