Billing settings no longer show a paused wallet when you run on a personal subscription
Workspace settings → Billing now recognizes your connected personal Codex subscription and shows seat-only status instead of the empty-wallet pause.
Tasks you triggered were already running on your own subscription, so nothing was actually paused. Only the settings card was wrong: it worked out your credential tier without looking at who was signed in, saw no workspace key, and assumed the workspace was on Sinatra's managed key with a $0 wallet.
The card now uses the same inputs as task admission. Members without a personal connection and no workspace API key still see the wallet with Top up and Save card, because their tasks do run on managed credentials.
