Task pages show plan and requirements without Linear or GitHub comments

The task page now reads plan and requirements from the workstream itself, so Slack-started tasks no longer open with empty panels.

Clicking through from Slack used to land on a blank plan/requirements section, because those bodies lived only as Linear or GitHub comments and Slack has neither. New publishes and in-place refinements store the markdown on the workstream row; Linear and GitHub comments stay copies.

Threads that finished before this still have empty panels until the agent writes a plan or requirements again.
