SuperGrok limits load on Settings
Settings now reads SuperGrok weekly and monthly limits from xAI's billing response correctly.
Connected accounts no longer fall back to an unavailable-usage message when xAI returns its billing configuration inside the standard response envelope. Unified-billing accounts use their monthly included quota instead of an inferred empty weekly window.
