The docs now say every member is a paid seat
Our billing docs said a seat was someone who started a task. It is every workspace member, and the docs now say so.
The old page undercounted what a workspace pays for: owners, admins, and members who only review work each count as a seat on Monthly, whether or not they start anything. Billing has counted seats this way since August 29; this fixed the description, not the bill.
The same pass corrected the free tier to one shared pool of five tasks a day with at most one managed, and fixed the setup steps, model defaults, sandbox retention, and the GitHub App permission list. It also stopped the docs implying that a ready PR means its tests and self-review passed.
