Billing controls now say who can use them
Admins and members no longer see a Manage billing button that fails with "Something went wrong" — billing has always been owner-only, and the settings page now says so.
If you're an admin who needs those controls, the owner can transfer ownership to you from the Administration section of settings. Any other owner- or admin-only action that fails now names the role it needs instead of a generic error.
