Picking up a ticket from the dashboard now runs as you

A ticket you start from the dashboard is attributed to your account, so it uses your own model connection instead of the workspace's.

Before this, the dashboard applied the label or the delegate as Sinatra, and the tracker's webhook carried no human identity. The run then had no member to resolve, so it never reached your personal Codex or Claude connection and never picked up your per-repository overrides. It fell through to the workspace's managed key instead, and stopped if that had no balance.

The dashboard now records who clicked and hands that to the run, so your connection and your settings apply. Two things follow from that. Starting a Linear ticket needs your Linear identity linked in Settings first — we would otherwise have no member to attribute the run to, and refusing is better than starting work that silently stops. And a label applied directly in GitHub still runs as whoever applied it, which is deliberate: reading the actor off the assignee field would let one member spend another member's connection.
