Saving your repository selection works for names with capital letters
Choosing repositories in workspace settings now saves when the GitHub owner or repository name isn't all lowercase, and a failed save says why.
We store repository names in lowercase, but the settings picker saved them in the case GitHub reports, so on a repository like Acme-Corp/Widget the save failed. Nothing told you: the spinner stopped and nothing said why. The picker also showed such repositories as not enabled even when they already were, which is usually what made people tick the box and save. Both are fixed, and if a save does fail, the dialog now stays open with your selection and shows the error.
