Planning and brainstorming are now opt-in
Delegated tickets now go straight from investigation to implementation unless planning or brainstorming is turned on for the repository.
Both phases used to be on by default, so a vague ticket paused for a requirements document and a well-specified one paused for a plan you had to approve. If your team relied on those pauses without ever setting them, they stopped on 19 September; turn them back on with planning.enabled or brainstorm.enabled in .sinatrarc, or in your personal settings for the repository. Configurations that already set either phase explicitly are unchanged. Approving a brainstorm still leads into planning, even when planning is off.
