The repository list follows what you actually granted on GitHub
Removing a repository from the Sinatra GitHub App, or uninstalling it, now clears that repository out of the dashboard instead of leaving it listed.
Your repository list was built from what GitHub told us at install time and kept up to date by webhooks. When one of those deliveries went missing, the catalog drifted: a repository you had removed from the grant stayed in the sidebar, and the settings card could read something impossible like "2 of 1 enabled". Uninstalling the app was worse, because nothing archived the repositories on the way out and there was no install left to compare against.
Settings now reconciles against the live grant every time you open it, and uninstalling archives the catalog. Two narrower repairs came with it: renaming a repository onto a name we still held used to fail and retry forever, and re-enabling a repository in the picker overwrote the description we had written for it. "Manage repos" in settings also goes straight to the GitHub install page now, since that is where the grant actually lives.
