Merging a PR during a follow-up no longer marks the task failed

If you merge a pull request while Sinatra is still working on a follow-up for it, the task now finishes as merged instead of reporting that no PR was found.

The follow-up's final check looked for an open pull request on its branch, found none because you had just merged it, and posted a "no PR was found for that branch" error on the ticket. A task that already had a pull request now keeps it and completes normally. Anything the follow-up pushed after the merge stays on the branch rather than in your default branch. The error still appears when the agent pushes commits and no pull request ever existed.
