Tasks no longer see a half-synced repository list
After you connect GitHub, your repository list now appears all at once, only when the sync has finished.
Since 19 September every repository was written to the list before the slower per-repository read, but one row at a time, so a task delegated in that moment could still see a partial list and pick the wrong repository. Until the sync finishes a task now sees no repositories at all; from 25 September it waits for the sync instead of asking which repository you meant. Repository descriptions still fill in after the list appears. The change has a cost: repositories are now tied to their GitHub repository ID, and personal repository settings saved in the dashboard before this change were set aside rather than carried over by name, so check the repositories you had customised and set them again.
