A dropped model connection no longer ends the run
When the connection to the model provider drops partway through a run, Sinatra now resumes the same agent session once instead of failing the task.
Before, a dropped socket mid-run ended the phase with a generic internal error, even after the agent had already done several turns of work. The resume picks the session back up where it stopped and posts a short note saying so. It happens once per agent run, and only once the session has started: a second drop still fails the task, and usage-limit and credential errors are handled as before. This covers the oh-my-pi and OpenCode engines, which is where these drops showed up.
