Failed coding turns no longer appear complete
When the coding agent reports that it could not finish and opens no PR, the task now shows an error instead of a completion.
Before, a run that ended with the agent explaining why it was blocked still counted as done, because it had written something back. Now the task is marked failed, and the agent's explanation is posted with the error so you can see what stopped it and try again. This only applies when the agent states the outcome in its final report. Answer-only turns that finish without a PR still complete normally.
