The trigger label on a pull request now gets a reply
Applying Sinatra's trigger label to a pull request now gets a short reply pointing you to issues, instead of nothing.
The label only starts work on issues. We now leave one comment on the pull request with links to the repository's issues and the new-issue form, then take the label off the pull request. Other labels, and labels applied by bots, still get no reply.
