Clear implementation scope needs no second request
Agent-owned Linear turns now treat delegated tickets with implementation scope and acceptance criteria as build requests.
You do not need to add another “build it” comment when the delegated ticket specifies implementation scope and acceptance criteria. We kept discussion, brainstorm, and plan-only tickets conversational. Ambiguous follow-ups still need clarification, and code changes still require task admission.
