The agent sets up its own checkout
Sinatra no longer clones your repository and runs `post_clone` commands before the agent starts. The agent clones it and installs what it needs during its turn.
This is what lets a conversation start before anyone has named a repository. When the repository is known as the sandbox is created, its pre_clone commands, snapshot_name and sandbox.env still apply then. post_clone no longer runs: the agent reads .sinatrarc.json, snapshot Dockerfiles and setup docs as hints, so if your setup depends on post_clone, describe it in your README or AGENTS.md too. A repository the agent picks later in the conversation doesn't get its sandbox.env values, on that turn or later ones.
