Sinatra answers before it codes
A delegated ticket or follow-up no longer goes straight to a branch. The agent decides whether to answer, ask, plan or change code.
A question gets an answer in the same thread, and only code work goes through task admission, so on the free tier a question doesn't use one of your daily tasks. Starting over now takes the literal command restart; "scrap this and start again" continues the conversation instead. With oh-my-pi, a reply sent while the agent works can reach the running agent, which stays warm for up to 45 minutes between turns.
