Clearer ChatGPT subscription usage-limit errors
Codex usage-limit failures now explain why the task stopped and how to retry.
We now recognize an explicit Codex usage-limit error even when the agent reports no HTTP status. Previously, that failure could appear as an internal error. The message tells you to wait for your connected ChatGPT subscription's limit to reset and reply to retry, or select a model with available usage in workspace settings. When the provider reports a reset time, we include an estimate.
