GitHub final updates stay visible
Agent Updates now collapse the narration without hiding the final response or failure.
On GitHub issues, we previously folded the whole Agent Updates comment when a run ended, so you had to expand it to see why work stopped. The final update now sits below the collapsed thoughts. Plan and requirements comments keep their existing formatting.
