Plans stay in the conversation
Separate planning and brainstorming settings and approval waits are retired. Existing discussions resume as ordinary turns.
We keep saved plans, requirements, and approved-plan review evidence when an old discussion resumes. Ask for a plan or discuss the requirements in the conversation; code work still requires task admission. Remove the old planning and brainstorm blocks when you next edit .sinatrarc. Current workers ignore them with warnings. Runs already pinned to an older worker keep their earlier behavior until they finish.
