Inline review feedback gets an acknowledgment
Sinatra now reacts with eyes to inline comments on eligible submitted GitHub reviews before classifying the feedback.
We previously processed inline review feedback without showing that we had received it. An eyes reaction now tells you we saw the submitted review while the next step is being decided. The reaction acknowledges receipt, not that a new agent turn has started, and a GitHub reaction failure does not stop the feedback from being processed.
