Model setup checks your own credentials
Setup no longer treats a retired managed-access choice or a dismissed prompt as a model connection.
If you previously chose managed access, we keep the model step open until you connect a personal subscription or a workspace owner or admin adds an API key. Members without a connection now keep the setup prompt, even if they dismissed it before. Personal connection flows and workspace key permissions are unchanged.
