Interrupted CLI runs no longer look complete
We now require a clean exit status before accepting an oh-my-pi CLI run as successful.
Completed-looking output can arrive before the agent process is killed. We now report that failure instead of accepting the output as a successful run. Temporary connection failures still retry, and RPC sessions and Claude Code keep their existing completion rules.
