Anthropic runs default to Claude Opus 5.5

Before this, a workspace whose only model access was Anthropic defaulted to Claude Code with Opus at high effort, and oh-my-pi runs without a model used Sonnet 4.6, which costs less per token than Opus on your API key. Workspace, repository, and personal settings still take priority, so set the engine and model there to keep the old pairing. Runs that don't set an effort now default to medium instead of high.
