Replies follow moved GitHub issues
Agent updates and replies use an issue's verified current location after a repository rename or issue transfer.
We keep the existing task, workflow, and selected code repository when the issue moves or its repository is renamed. We no longer adopt a historical task using its repository name and issue number alone: its permanent issue identity must be verified. The GitHub installation must still belong to your workspace.
