Linear identity stays within its workspace

We keep verified workspace identities, including durable bindings that survive a personal token disappearing. Older connections without workspace identity proof need to reconnect from that workspace's settings before delegating or replying to a task thread. Conflicting identity claims are refused, and removing a member still removes their authority to run work.
