OpenRouter spending limits read as quota, not a rejected key
When your OpenRouter key hits its spending limit or the account runs out of credits, Sinatra now says the quota is used up instead of telling you to re-add the key.
Before this, OpenRouter's "Key limit exceeded" answer was reported as rejected credentials, with advice to re-add the key. The key was fine, so following that advice only removed a working key. The message now says Sinatra kept the task and its agent session, and points you at the fix: raise the key's limit or add credits in OpenRouter, then reply on the task to continue. Sinatra won't resume these runs on its own. Any other 401 or 403 from OpenRouter still reads as a rejected key.
