A waiting Linear session now hears when its message won't run

Before this, the session only got the "Finishing what I'm working on first" note and then sat open until Linear marked it stale, with nothing to say the message had been dropped. Now it closes with a short reply asking you to send the message again if you still need it. A session with a newer message that will still run doesn't get the reply, because that message gets its own turn.
