Plans are priced per workspace and set how much runs at once
Free, Pro, Team and Scale replace the daily task limit and the per-member Monthly plan: one flat price per workspace, and a limit on how many tasks run at once and how many are queued.
Free is 1 task at a time, plus 1 queued. Pro is $20 a month for 3 tasks at a time, plus 10 queued; Team is $99 for 10 at a time, plus 25 queued; and Scale is $249 for 25 at a time, plus 100 queued. There is no daily limit any more: work past your running limit is queued and starts on its own, and once the queue is full Sinatra says so on the ticket instead of starting it.
This is a tightening on Free if you ran several tasks side by side: the day's five free tasks could all run together, and now the second waits for the first. On Free, each request also stops after 60 minutes, keeps its changes, and picks up when you reply.
Nobody is billed per member now, so inviting a reviewer no longer costs anything. You still bring your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription or an API key; Sinatra doesn't bill for model usage.
