Sign in with an email link, no GitHub account needed
You can now sign up and sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, create a workspace without GitHub, and link your GitHub account later.
Until now you needed a GitHub account just to sign in. The link we email works once and expires after 15 minutes, and asking for one creates nothing: the account is made only when someone opens the link from that inbox. When you're ready to install the GitHub App on your personal account, link GitHub from Settings or the setup page first. Once it's linked you can sign in either way, but the email link only ever goes to the address you signed up with, never one GitHub lists. An account you made with GitHub keeps signing in with GitHub only. We won't link a GitHub account that already belongs to another Sinatra account, and we won't merge two accounts for you. If you signed in with both before, you'll keep two separate accounts for now.
