Replying while a Codex turn runs no longer fails it
On oh-my-pi with a Codex model, a message you send while the agent is still answering is now handled instead of failing the turn.
Before, Codex sometimes refused a message that arrived while it was still generating a response. The turn then ended with "an internal error occurred", and the agent only picked up your message on the next attempt. The sandbox now runs oh-my-pi 18.10.4 instead of 18.4.4. When Codex refuses a mid-turn message, oh-my-pi retries the response on the same model, with your message included as ordinary input. A sandbox created before this update keeps the old runtime until it is recreated.
