Find and hand Sinatra an existing issue from MCP or the API

Sinatra's MCP server has search_tickets and delegate_ticket tools, and the task API has matching endpoints, so an agent or script can find a Linear or GitHub issue and hand it to Sinatra as you, the way the dashboard's ticket picker does.

Until now the MCP server and API could only start a new task from a prompt. Delegating an existing issue meant assigning it in Linear, labeling it on GitHub, or using the dashboard. Search returns the picker's own list, narrowed by your text: your open issues first, then your team's unassigned ones, read through your own Linear account, so it shows only issues you can see. Delegation follows the dashboard's rules too. Closed issues and issues assigned to someone else are refused, and a full queue refuses the request before the issue is touched. The task then runs on the issue, so follow its progress there or with list_tasks. Linear search matches issue titles only.
