Billing refusals link to the setting that fixes them
When billing stops a task, the message on Linear, GitHub, Slack, MCP and the API now includes a link to the workspace settings section that fixes it.
Missing model access links to where you connect your own subscription or add a workspace API key, and a past-due subscription links to billing. The queue-full message's upgrade link now opens the billing section too. Before, the message on Linear, GitHub, MCP and the API named the fix but left you to find the settings page. The CLI prints these messages from its next release; until then it shows only the code.
