MCP and API tasks link to their dashboard page

Every task the MCP server and the HTTP API return now carries a url to its page in the Sinatra dashboard, and the tools on one task no longer need a workspace id.

Claude Code, Cursor or a script can hand you the link as soon as a task starts, so you can follow it in the dashboard. get_task, follow_up, get_messages and stop_task now find the task's workspace from its id, so a client holding a task id no longer needs its workspace id. They only find tasks in workspaces you belong to, and workspace_id is still accepted.
