fix· API
Tasks say when a workspace needs GitHub
Starting a task from the CLI, MCP or API in a workspace without GitHub, or with its GitHub App installation suspended, is now refused right away with a link to connect it, instead of failing with an internal error.
A workspace made with Start without GitHub has no repository for a task to work in. Before this, a task started there was created, then failed with "an internal error occurred". Now the start is refused with 409 github_not_connected and a link to Settings → Integrations, where a workspace owner or admin connects GitHub (for a suspended installation, its page on GitHub), and a task that runs after the connection is removed says so in its conversation.
