Unavailable task repositories get recovery guidance
Tasks that lose repository access explain how to restore it instead of reporting an internal error.
If a task's repository is archived, deleted, or removed from the GitHub app, we stop the turn rather than run it in another repository. The conversation now asks you to restore access and reply here to retry, without exposing internal repository details.
